Update audit events app to accept different search filter configurations

As part of &3319 (closed) we need to update the audit events app created in &3318 (closed) to accept different configurations of search filters.

For now, the simplest approach will probably be a set of on/off flags for each filter, future iterations could change the filter configurations themselves.

We will need to be able to turn on/off (default to on):

• Filtered search
  • by group
  • by project
  • by user
