Missing Documentation docker.sock for automatically installed k8s runner

There is no documentation on how to use docker.sock binding with the auto-installed k8s runner. The existing documentation does an extremely bad job describing the process, and there is no documentation on how exactly the runner works.

How do we bind var/run/docker.sock into the build container with the k8s runner?
