Go to file jumps to top when trying to jump to the same file a second time

- Go to a MR
- Go to the Changes tab
- Use cmd + p to jump to a file
- Scroll the page
- Use cmd + p to jump to the same file

What is the current bug behavior?
It jumps to the top of the page.
What is the expected correct behavior?
It should jump to the same file, again.
