Remove `.term` class name as it has no styling connected to it
Summary
There are several instances of .term
class name in HAML templates:
➜ grep -r --include "*.haml" "\.term[^\w-]" .
./app/views/projects/environments/terminal.html.haml:.terminal-container{ class: container_class }
./app/views/projects/jobs/terminal.html.haml:.terminal-container
./app/views/search/results/_merge_request.html.haml: %span.term.str-truncated= merge_request.title
./app/views/search/results/_issue.html.haml: %span.term.str-truncated= issue.title
./app/views/search/results/_blob_data.html.haml: .file-content.code.term{ data: { qa_selector: 'file_text_content' } }
./app/views/search/results/_milestone.html.haml: %span.term.str-truncated= milestone.title
./app/views/layouts/terms.html.haml: .layout-page.terms{ class: page_class }
However, there's no style associated with .term
. There's also no evidence of this class being used anywhere in the tests so it should be safe to clean up the templates.
Improvements
Reduction of the ~"technical debt"
Risks
Should be removed with caution and double-checking that the views affected are not broken (which is a very low probability scenario)
