Runner triggerer

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Hi guys,

Any tip why would CI/CD pipelines show Triggerer be root instead of commit username? Am I missing something? :)

Using Docker image from gitlab/gitlab-ce:12.9.5-ce.0 with runner from gitlab/gitlab-runner:latest.
