State the cancel pipeline reason n the Jobs page in case an incremental rollout was stopped due to error rate threshold

Problem to solve
As a user, if a job(s) was cancelled on my pipeline, I would like to know why easily, so that I can fix the problem or rollback to a previous deployment.

Following #216949, if a pipeline is canceled as a result of error rate crossing the threshold, the user would want to see this info directly on the pipeline when clicking on the job that was canceled.
