Admin jobs UI button offset bug

Summary

Admin area jobs restart & artifacts download UI buttons have bad location for me.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open "Admin Area" -> "Jobs"
  2. Find 2 jobs: with artifact & without artifact

Reproduce client environment

  • Windows 10 1903 Pro x64 English
  • Mozilla Firefox 76.0 (64-bit) English
