Personalized issue board, unrelated to any group or project

Problem to solve
If someone is working on multiple independent projects in GitLab, it can be hard to keep things organized. It would be nice to have a personalized board that would be independent of groups, projects, etc. and would contain todo/doing/blocked/in-review/done for all issues across all projects and groups.
This board could be customizable and issues could be organized using a common label. Ideally, it would contain a filter on which projects to show. It could also be the home screen after the user login to GitLab.
Intended users
Managers or developers who are working in multiple independent projects and want to track all their work on a single personalized board.
