Update docs on creating new projects

In https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/gitlab-basics/create-project.html we say that:

Enter the name of your project in the Project name field. You can't use special characters, but you can use spaces, hyphens, underscores or even emoji.

That's not true. During project creation you enter your project's path, the one that's gonna be used in the URL. The thing that the docs talk about is the project "friendly" name, which you can change later in the project settings.
