Add reading mode for issues

Problem to solve

I sometimes find myself reading long issue descriptions or issues (description + comment). I find the top navigation bar and the left and right sidebars visually distracting. I'd like a way to toggle and hide those visually distracting elements from time to time.

Perhaps add a keyboard shortcut to toggle the navigation bar and sidebars in Issues as a first iteration 😄
