Discord notifications doesn't show message text

Steps to reproduce

In my env this happens all the time after upgrading gitlab from 12.9.4 → 12.10.2, and even after upgrading 12.10.2 → 12.10.3.

Discord notifications were configured for a few projects long time ago. Everything was fine with updates, but after this one — something broken. I've tried gitlab-rake cache:clear, gitlab-ctl reconfigure && gitlab-ctl restart, turn off/on discord integration — nothing helped.
