OpenRaster Previewing in Repository View

Problem to solve

As a project maintainer for an emote repository, we use OpenRaster (ORA) (Specifications) for the project files because it's an open interchange format that makes it easier to work between applications, especially in a case like a repository where we don't know or want to know really what software contributors may use.

Intended users

Unknown

This will be useful for project maintainers, or contributors who want to look peek at or images before download/pulling them.

User experience goal

The user should be able to use the UI with GitLab to preview OpenRaster (.ora) files.

Proposal

OpenRaster is a simple project format, and it's possible to just pull out the final image or overall project file out of it, so it would be nice if we could have a way to preview the ORA files just like with PNG, JPG, or PDF, etc.

It would be even better if as well as the overall preview, each individual layer could be previewed as well on the side.
