Summary
Accessing the Help page of my gitlab-ce installation fails with the message:
500
Whoops, something went wrong on our end.
Steps to reproduce
I had a working gitlab-ce version 12.9.2-ce.0 running on my ubuntu 18.04 server. After having upgraded to version 12.10.2-ce.0 using apt upgrade I tried to check the installed version number, which is shown on the help page.
