CI: review-app needs update due to unicorn to webservice rename

Summary

gitlab-org/charts/gitlab!1145 (merged) relocated the gitlab/unicorn chart to gitlab/workhorse.

As a result:

• the CI scripting needs updated to set gitlab.webservice.x in place of gitlab.unicorn.x
• the CI "base_config.yaml" needs some changes to pass deprecations
