Docs feedback: Sizing advice need for /dev/shm when using GitLab Docker installation

By default Docker assigns 64MB, we have had a few customer support tickets when this has not been enough after enabling metrics.

The advice given so far has been to allocate 256Mb, or 1GB.

Do we have any sizing recommendation which can be added as note to our documentation,
