Automatically mark To-do as done when an alert is resolved
Problem to solve
Triggered alerts that have been assigned to users generate GitLab To Dos so that users can be immediately notified that something requires their attention. If the alert resolves, either automatically because the system resolved itself or a team member took care of the problem, Open To Dos should indicate this so that users do not waste time investigating problems that have been resolved.

Proposal
There will be 2 experiences depending on the user. Please duplicate the ToDo behavior as it relates to issues and MRs.
- User who resolved the alert manually - ToDo will resolve and be removed from their ToDo list
-
User who was assigned to the alert but DID NOT resolve it (this applies to situations where the alert resolves automatically OR another user manually resolves the alert)- ToDo will remain open in their ToDo list and will have a
Resolved
badge that shows the alert was Resolved
