I can not insert a SSH key because of "Fingerprint has already been taken, Deploy keys projects deploy key fingerprint has already been taken"

It is true the key was active before, but I deleted it from the deploy keys. Then, when I tried to insert the same key I am still getting the same error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. I created project via API
  2. Added new deploy key via API
  3. Enabled that deploy key to project in step 1 via API
  4. Deleted project via web interface
