Automatically assign alert to user when they acknowledge it

Problem to solve

Acknowledging an alert indicates to the rest of the responding team that the alert has an owner and is actively being investigated. If someone else is triaging alerts, they can focus on the triggered alerts with confidence that the acknowledged alerts are being managed. Another way of marking ownership, is to assign an alert to a responder. If someone has acknowledged an alert, it is safe to say they are working it and therefore auto-assigning the alert to them saves them extra steps from having to do it manually.

This issue represents an invalidated idea. We may determine it is based on incorrect assumptions and close it.
