Saving comments without a change still triggers "Edited" status

When editing and saving a comment without actually changing its content, the Edited status is still triggered.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Submit a comment (or find a comment that hasn't been edited yet): image
  2. Edit the comment (without actually changing the content). image
  3. Save the comment. image

Possible fixes

  1. Check if new comment content differs from old comment content and only set Edited status in that case.
  2. Disable Save comment button if current comment content equals old comment content.
