500s on CHANGELOG files

Summary

Was trying to view the updates list for GitLab versions, and am getting a 500 error... This is only on the CHANGELOG files of GitLab's repository from what I can tell.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the following URLs and get a 500:

What is the current bug behavior?

Throws a 500

What is the expected correct behavior?

Show the changelog
