Auto-Remediation - Bot profile - Frontend

Problem to solve
As part of the Suggested Solution feature, a bot user will automatically author remediation MRs to address fixable vulnerabilities.
The bot is similar to any other user account, but we want it to stand out so that it can't be confused with a normal user. We also want to provide links to the documentation where the bot's purpose will be explained.

Hardcode a link to the bot's documentation (doesn't need to be hardcoded as it is set as the user's website in the backend) -
Remove all tabs but Overview and Activity -
Remove the Projects column and make the Activity column span the full width
