Docs feedback: Design Management - Referencing designs in description & comments

I was looking for shortcuts or hints about how to refer to specific designs in the description or comments of an issue. In some cases I want to hyperlink to a design, in others I want to insert the image. If there are no special shortcuts, then it would be helpful to be explicit about this in the doc and illustrate how the existing mechanism works.
