Allow for in-line replies on the todo page

To make our workflows a bit more efficient it would be great to be able to reply to mentions directly on the todo page:

• click on a todo that is a mention/directly addressed/etc
• while still on the todo page, the todo would expand and showing the note where the mention was
• user can reply without leaving the todo page
