[GitLab Community Edition 12.10.0] new "Users statistics" page shows zero users (for all groups)
How to reproduce:
- upgrade from 12.9.4 to 12.10.0 (Community Edition)
- go to "Admin Area" > "Users" page: total of 120 users is shown
- go to "Admin Area" > "Users statistics" page: all groups show zero users
