Consider alternate UX for Install Prometheus button in K8s cluster screen

Right now when Prometheus hasn't been installed on a cluster, we show the following:

When clicking the Install Prometheus button, it actually zips you down to lower in the page to the section where you can deploy apps. This is because there are dependencies for Prometheus (Tiller) and we didn't want to have this UX in two places.

The button can be slightly misleading however, and we should consider alternate ways to direct the user to lower in the page.

One proposal would be blue text, like a link, with 3 chevrons pointing down. This would seem to indicate more of a link than actual installation.
