Change description text of the "Are you sure you want to cancel your comment?" modal
Problem to solve
Currently when a user writes an issue comment and accidentally closes it, they're confronted with this warning.

The options are "Cancel" and "OK", which can confuse some users. It's easy to think that "Cancel" cancels the comment.
