Geo: Modify the container width of setting page

Problem to solve

The setting page's maximum width of the container looks different from other pages.

For example, the nodes page has 1280px, but the setting page seems like smaller (990px).

Intended users

• System administrator

Proposal

• Since we have the settings submenu under the Geo menu, it's better to keep the consistency.
