Problem to solve

There isn't currently an LSIF generator for Ruby, which means we can't use the Code Intelligence feature on GitLab's most significant repository.

Further details

There appear to be multiple Ruby language servers, but none have implemented LSIF support.

Alternatively, it may be possible to use the output of Semantic and convert that to LSIF.
