Gold trial email was sent to user while user did not start trial

Summary

User receive an email regarding an enabled Gold trial while the user did not enable any trial for any of the namespace.

What is the current bug behavior?

User receives Gold Trial email as if the user enable a Gold trial for a namespace.

What is the expected correct behavior?

User should not receive email about Gold Trial enabled when the user did not enable it.
