Allow the text area for cd/cd variables' and files' values to be resized horizontally.

Summary

Unable to expand CI/CD Variable's "value" text boxes horizontally.

Steps to reproduce

Enter in variable key/value data for variables/files and you are stuck with a skinny little text box, even though the text box rezize arrow graphic suggest you'd be able to expand both vertically and horizontally.

What is the current bug behavior?

The text box only expands vertically.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It would be very helpful from a UI/UX standpoint if we could expand the text box both vertically and horizontally.
