Problem to solve
Once a responder has solved a problem, the alert should reflect the state of their systems. Resolving an alert indicates to other users and stake holders that the problem has been solved and no longer requires attention.
This work drives the direction of the Alert Management category.
Changing the status drop-down of an alert to Resolve may execute the following actions:
- Closes associated issues
- Resolves open to-dos for that alert
- Filters the alert out of the alert list view
- Visually changes the UI of the alert
These actions are still under consideration as we design this.
