Problem to solve
Triaging alerts is stressful and time consuming because there are a lot of them and alerts indicate that something has gone wrong. Users can create incident
issues for alerts that require remediation. During the fire-fight it can be helpful to refer back to the alert that triggered the incident in the first place.
