Geo: Update Geo forms of editing nodes
Problems to solve
- Too many help-text in general on this page.
- Outdated UI components or not aligned with our Pajamas design system.
- Inconsistency in the width of the form fields
- Put the limitations on the input
Related problems on this page are already raised by @zcuddy in #213252 (closed) and #213732 (closed). And I thought it's better to work on the general design improvement and the validation flow at the same time
