Can't Download Artifact with CURL

I try to download latest artifact from master branch with this API "https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/1/jobs/artifacts/master/download?job=job

Expected behaviour I will get artifact zip file

Actual behaviour I get This resource has been moved temporarily to storage link

I want automatically download the artifact
