Running of command 'gitlab-ctl reconfigure' is missing in the doc

I'm on CentOS 8. The section "Installing GitLab using the Omnibus GitLab package (recommended)" has a link 'Install GitLab using the Omnibus GitLab package' that leads to page with instructions. I select CentOS 8, but the info lacks a mention of running

gitlab-ctl reconfigure

after installation command
