  Let's use sprite_icon('question-o', size: 16) instead of icon here, also verify if this link has rel="noopener noreferrer" applied given that target="_blank" is present.

This should be tackled on a broader refactoring scale as there are 74 matches in 53 files for icon('question-circle') at the time of writing.
