On gitlab.com we want accounts on Bronze tier and above to have this feature, but right now there is a bug - when we enable the feature globally on gitlab.com, it gets enabled for all accounts - free tiers as well.
Proposal
On gitlab.com, check the tier of the group and show the analytics container only to accounts on Bronze tier and above.
@aakriti.gupta thanks for chatting with me on Slack 🙂 Now I understand the MVC feature is currently only available for Starter, not Starter+ as expected, so this issue is just a minor bugfix for that.
Right now this feature is available for Starter and above in EE as a beta feature, i.e. disabled by default.

With this issue, we want to fix this bug and it is required before the feature can be enabled globally on gitlab.com
