Moving issues back to the source repo does not reassign labels. Moved issue's labels inaccessible from the API.

When moving an issue to another project, in the UI you get labels from the previous project:

There is no way to see the labels from the API.

Moving the issue back to the original project, it does not regain the label. I wanted to move all projects with labels, but now I'm supposed to manually reassign the labels on 200 issues?
