Status drop-down in the alert list (2/2) - implement updating

This issue is to keep track of the actual update being implemented, and will be ~"In dev" once the backend is merged. !30576 (merged)

Problem to solve

Status is an important attribute of alerts because communicates which alerts need to be investigated. Standard alert statuses include triggered, acknowledged, and resolved. Triggered alerts indicate that no one has begun investigation. Acknowledged alerts indicate that someone is actively investigating the problem. Resolved alerts indicate no further work is required. This field must be easily modified and visually apparent.

Further details

This work supports the direction of the Alert Management product category.

Proposal

Add a drop-down for the status column in the alert list view with the following values: Triggered, Acknowledged, Resolved.

Note that the status can also be adjusted from the detail page. We should ensure that, if the status is changed on one of the pages, that change is reflected on the other.

Out of scope for this issue: adding the "ignored" action and syncing the status back to the external tool that originally reported the alert.
