Generated chart URL links contain the variables and are rendered appropriately when embedding in markdown

Problem to solve

After the completion of #214500 (closed) and #214503 (closed), we need to make sure that the generated chart URL links whenever a text variable is defined is copied over as well:

1. Update the copy link to chart URL to include the variables from the URL query params
2. Ensure that when that link is used to embed charts in markdown, that the query with the variable is used
