500 error screen when creating a group deploy token without selecting any scope.

Steps to reproduce

  • Select a group
  • Go to Settings > CI/CD
  • Try to create a deploy token without selecting any scope.

What is the current bug behavior?

500 error screen.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Error message should be displayed, mentioning that a scope should be selected.
