Add search by name and/or path to the repository list

Currently is not possible to search for image name or path ( which are the same since the path is fixed and based on the namespace )

We normally wary to add new functionalities to the container registry API but since the Image Repository list reside in a table managed by rails we can easily add search (and sorting)

This functionality is required by the new designs
