Further details
A large benefit would be Ticket Management in general. It allows developers to automate their ticketing processing rather than do everything manually, which can be a hassle sometimes with larger workforces, and smaller ones. Another large benefit would be the ability to batch tickets in a merge and move more than one at a time. So for example when I merge my Master branch to Release branch, all of the Tickets in my "Ready For Deployment" List, are automatically moved to my "In Production" list.
