Add latest build status to OpenGraph data for branch pages

When linking to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/commits/10-6-stable in Slack, for example, it'd be neat to include the build status for the latest commit in the page_card_attributes, the way we include author and assignee for Issues and Merge Requests.
