Problem to solve

In the pipeline view there is a column for who triggered a pipeline (Triggerer), but the more natural question when viewing pipelines is what triggered a pipeline. That is buried in the Commit column via interpreting icons there.

Display the context of how the pipeline was triggered in the same column as who triggered it and call it Trigger.
