Mark approval todo items as done once merge has completed

Problem to solve

The To-Do list on gitlab gets huge when you are selected as a approver that is within a group. I have over 100 todo items for merge requests I need to approve.

Because I'm in a group of approvers others may already approve the MR and the MR gets merged. My list of To-Do items consist out of many items which I need to approve for merge, but are already merged.

Therefore I would like to see the following story implemented:

• As a user I want my To-Do items which are for approving merge requests to be changed to 'Done' when a merge has happened so it doesn't clobber my todo list
