Problem to solve
To maintain services running on a stack of different technologies, response teams require a stack a monitoring tools to alert them when things go wrong. This means that alerts originate from many different sources and it can be challenging to manage them. Responders need an interface that aggregates all IT alerts and that provides them with tools to intuitively and to quickly sort through the cruft so that they can find and triage the most critical problems.
This work supports the direction of the Alert Management product category.
Introduce a basic table that will surface an alert's severity, start time, end time, alert name and number of events.
Severity icons as well as sorting, filtering, and the status drop-down are being implemented in separate issues.
