Markers or notifications for comments on a commit

Description

Currently, if someone comments on your commit you are not notified or there aren't any markers on that commit (not an MR). These actions could only be found on the activity screen.

Proposal

It would be nice to have some markers or notifications when there are comments on a regular commit.
