User guidance on alert endpoint configuration page
Problem to solve
The existing alerts endpoint page (viewable off of Settings > Integrations > Alerts Endpoint) is not informative. Adding more clear instructions and documentation on how to set up the endpoint will increase adoption and usage.
We tested this with users, and we found a number of usability issues. Essentially, users were unclear that they had to go to their external service to do this work. They were also unclear if this endpoint could be used for multiple services...or not.
This work supports the direction of the Alert Management product category.
