Dark theme for the modals in the Web IDE

Add dark theme support for the modals in the Web IDE

Acceptance Criteria

Dark theme should cover the below modals:

• New file/folder modal
• Create branch modal (note: this uses deprecated modal)
• Discard change/Discard all changes modals
• Create New Branch modal (appears when your current branch has diverged)
